MATCH TICKETS

As a member of the Arsenal Netherlands Supporters Club, you have the option to request tickets.

The number of tickets available to Arsenal supporters' clubs is very limited. Therefore, it often happens that our members request more tickets than we receive from Arsenal. To ensure everything runs smoothly, a number of rules and conditions have been established. You can find more information on this page.

We're not a travel agency, but a supporters' club, so ticket inquiries from non-members will generally not be answered!

  • You must be a member to request tickets through the Arsenal Netherlands Supporters Club.

  • Each member can request a maximum of one ticket per match. So, if you want to bring someone, they must also be a member and request a ticket themselves.

  • Ticket requests can only be made for home matches in the Premier League and for Arsenal Women's home matches in the Barclays Women's Super League.

  • Ticket requests must be submitted by the application deadline , which is determined by Arsenal and can be found on the ticketing page of our website.

  • If your membership is active (meaning you're registered and your dues for the current season have been paid), you can apply for a match ticket. One ticket is available per member. You can apply by completing the application form .

  • Shortly after the deadline, Arsenal will let us know whether the ticket application has been approved. We will, of course, inform the applicant as soon as possible.

  • If you only want to travel with one or more other members (and not alone, as only one person would receive a ticket based on the credit list), you can indicate this on the application form. In that case, the application will be canceled and the ticket will be transferred to another member.

  • Ticket requests are final! This means that if you are assigned a ticket, it must be purchased and paid for, even if the match date or time changes. If you cancel, you will lose your credits. If we are unable to transfer the tickets to another member, you will also be liable for the full payment.

  • Please note that match dates and start times may change after the deadline. Plan accordingly!

  • Transportation to England and any overnight stays are the responsibility of each member and are not included in the ticket price. We are, of course, happy to provide tips or connect members with each other.

  • Please note that you now need to apply for an ETA (Electronic Travel Authorisation) if you travel to the UK.

RESELLING TICKETS TO THIRD PARTIES IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED (BY ARSENAL AND THE SUPPORTERS' ASSOCIATION). IF THIS DOES OCCUR, THE MEMBER IN QUESTION WILL BE EXPELLED IMMEDIATELY, AND WE WILL REPORT THEIR PERSONAL DATA TO ARSENAL!

HOW DO I GET TICKETS FOR ARSENAL?

Become a member, remain a member, and actively participate in the Arsenal Netherlands Supporters Club. This way, you'll be part of the Dutch Arsenal community and also have a good chance of eventually obtaining (affordable) tickets for a Premier League match.

- Register as a Red Member and try to apply for tickets through Arsenal's official ballot (lottery). The chance of success is relatively small.

- Buy tickets through a football travel agency. Be careful to choose a reliable provider. The Arsenal Netherlands Supporters Club has previously partnered with Voetbaltrips.com and P1 Travel. Tickets are considerably more expensive through travel agencies, however.

You can do this using the special application form . On our website, you can see which matches are open for ticket requests and when the deadline is.

HOW MUCH DOES A TICKET COST?

The price of a match ticket is determined by Arsenal and depends on the category the match is placed in.

In general, this table on Arsenal's website gives a good indication.

WHAT IS THE CREDIT LIST?

The credit list is used by us to distribute tickets in the common event that there are more requests than available tickets.

I'M A MEMBER. WHAT IS MY POSITION ON THE CREDIT LIST?

The credit list is updated after each activity. We will regularly send our members an overview of the list. You can also request your position from the board at any time.

WHAT HAPPENS WITH THE DATA I ENTER?

Your information will only be used by the club and, if necessary, shared with Arsenal for ticket requests. Other parties will not have access to your information.
